Born from experience. Created with intention.

Vhyne began from a deeply personal journey. After navigating grief, chronic stress and feeling disconnected from my own body, I began looking at wellbeing differently, studying integrative health, exploring somatic practices and the role our everyday rituals can play in how we care for ourselves. What I wanted was something simpler: a considered daily ritual that brought together ingredients I genuinely wanted to use, without a cupboard full of different products.

So, I created Vhyne.
